With our co-employer model, we become the employer of record for your employees on the basis of the AÜG. We formally employ them with us, take over all administrative tasks and leave them to you in return for a transparent, flat-rate percentage surcharge on their gross salary.

Transparent cost structure
A flat-rate surcharge on the gross remuneration agreed with the employees covers all ancillary personnel costs and our administrative expenses. This ensures complete cost control and transparency from day one.
Fair for employees
Your new specialists can receive the same conditions and benefits as your permanent employees. There are no performance disadvantages, the principle of "Equal Pay, Equal Treatment" can be fully implemented.
Legally secure employment
